- 4-5 pound pork shoulder roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
Mix together the spices. Coat the pork cubes in the oil, then the spice mixture, mixing to coat evenly.
Place the pork in a crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours, stirring halfway through.
Drain the fat, keep the juice.
Serve over rice or in tortillas with your choice of accoutrements.
